Prebooked is an embeddable booking widget, published on npm, that puts Fully Booked's enquiry form, messenger and quote flow on any operator website, from WordPress and Elementor to React and plain HTML. Enquiries land in the operator's app as direct customers, and a small fee applies only when a trip is booked.

## The Full Story

Direct bookings for operators, one line of code for their websites, and a network that grows with every install.

### Most operator websites end in a phone number

A typical minibus firm has a website that took effort to build and ends in a phone number or a contact form. Enquiries arrive at the worst moment, get answered late, and sit in an inbox with no way to quote, chat or follow up. Customers who wanted a quick price quietly book someone else.

Prebooked fixes that without asking the operator to rebuild anything. It is a booking widget published on npm that brings Fully Booked's enquiry form, messenger and quote flow onto the operator's own site.

### One line on any website

The widget works wherever the operator's website lives: React and Next.js, WordPress and Elementor, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify or plain HTML. The operator pastes one line with their Fully Booked ID, chooses the brand colours, and the form fills the space it is given.

The installation guide lives on the documentation site and is written for operators rather than developers.

### The customer never leaves the operator's site

On the operator's own page the customer fills in the trip, follows up on earlier enquiries and chats with the operator in the messenger tab, all inside the widget. Their link keeps them signed in, so a customer who returns days later picks up the same conversation.

The operator's brand stays in front of the customer from the first click to the booking.

### Enquiries land in the app, ready to quote

Every widget enquiry arrives in the operator's app under Customer Enquiries with the full trip on one screen. The operator sends a price with vehicle photos, chats and books the trip, the same flow they already use for referred work.

If they cannot take it, they can pass it to the network and earn a commission instead, so even a direct enquiry the firm cannot serve still pays.

### No website? The business page does the same job

Operators without a site of their own get a business page on Fully Booked with fleet photos, reviews, opening hours, location and the same booking form, shareable as a link or a PDF. A customer who arrives sees a firm with a track record rather than a bare phone number, which is what makes them book.

### Paid only when a trip is booked

There is no subscription. When a direct enquiry becomes a confirmed trip, the customer and the operator both receive a booking confirmation and a small fee is taken from the operator's wallet. A firm that books nothing pays nothing, which makes the widget an easy yes for a small operator.

### Every install grows the network

Each website running Prebooked is another front door into Fully Booked. The operator gets direct bookings and a professional flow under their own brand, the customer gets an instant, trackable enquiry instead of voicemail, and the network gains customers who can be shared with other firms whenever the host operator is full.

The widget went live on the business pages and on the first operators' WordPress and Elementor sites during the rollout. It is part of the Fully Booked platform and shares its backend with the customer site.
