Store screenshots, a feature graphic, an app icon and email art, made in Photoshop from real screens so a young platform looks established to operators. The screenshots tell the pitch in five swipes at every size Apple and Google require, every email opens with its own illustration in the brand colours, and the icon and splash screens carry the logo of two hands meeting.

## The Full Story

The visual assets that make an operator trust a new platform before they have used it.

### A new platform has to look established

Operators are asked to trust Fully Booked with their customers and their money, often after a single invitation from a partner. The first things they see are a store listing, an app icon and an email. If those look amateur, nothing else gets a chance.

The assets below were produced in Photoshop from the real screens of the app, so what an operator is promised in the store is exactly what they find after installing.

### Store screenshots that tell the pitch in five swipes

The store screenshots were built as artboards around real app screens, each with a headline that states one benefit in an operator's words: booking software built for the trade, more conversions, stored bookings, asking for cover and professional quotations. Read in order, they make the whole case before the operator reads a word of the description.

### Every device size from one design

Apple and Google each demand screenshots at several sizes. The set was produced for every required iPhone and iPad size and for Android from one master design, so the story reads the same wherever an operator finds it and a new screen needs one change, not six.

### The feature graphic at the top of Google Play

Google Play puts a wide feature graphic above the listing, and it is the first image an Android operator sees. Fully Booked's carries the brand, the app on a phone and the promise of the product, sized to stay legible at every crop the store applies.

### Email art that makes notifications feel personal

Every email the platform sends, a welcome, a booking confirmation, a review request, a password reset, a support reply, opens with its own illustration in the brand's colours. Operators and customers recognise a Fully Booked email at a glance, and a review request that looks friendly is one a customer is more willing to answer.

### The icon and the splash screen

The logo, two hands meeting inside a circle, says what the network is about: firms helping each other. It was prepared as the app icon, as splash screens for light and dark phones, and as transparent versions for documents and email headers.

### First impressions, done once and reused everywhere

For the founder, a consistent set of assets made a young platform look like an established one, which is what persuades a cautious operator to install. For operators, the same brand on every listing, email and document makes the customers they refer see a professional network behind them.

The listings these assets live on are told in the store release story, and the campaign built on the same brand in the advertising story.
