Fully Booked asks customers to trust operators they have never met, and asks operators to hand their customers to rivals. Both only work if the founder can vouch for every firm in the network and see every pound that moves through it.
The admin dashboard is where that trust is kept. It runs on the same backend as the operator app and the customer site, so what the founder sees is the live network, not a report assembled afterwards.
### The whole network on one screenThe dashboard opens on revenue over time beside the counts of customers, companies, referrals and transactions, then the three things that need a person today: operators waiting for approval, the latest transactions with their status, and newly added referrals.
It is fully responsive, so the founder can check on the network from a phone between jobs of their own.
### Nobody quotes until they are vettedA new operator's account pauses on a review screen until the founder approves it. Offer templates, profile pictures and vehicle photos pass through the same approval queue, so everything a customer sees in an offer has been checked.
Every approved firm becomes a row in Companies with its earnings, fleet size and referrals, and a switch that pauses it without deleting its history. Customers get vetted firms, and honest operators are protected from the few who would spoil the network.
### Every firm, every permissionEach operator's file shows its profile, service areas, vehicle photos, offer template, partners and transactions. Beside them sit switches for each capability: proposals, covers, stored bookings, partners, quotations and cancellations. The founder can open a feature to a trusted firm or close it to a misbehaving one without touching code.
### Every job can be tracedBookings are listed whether they came through the platform or were stored by an operator from elsewhere, with the customer, the firm and the date. Covers show the journey, the operator who asked and every firm that applied, and referrals open onto the full conversation between customer and operator.
When a customer or an operator disputes something, the answer is on the screen rather than in someone's memory.
### Money that settles itselfEvery operator has a wallet. Referral earnings arrive on the day of the trip, cover and booking fees are deducted as they happen, and payouts are requested from the app. When the founder marks a payout as paid, the operator gets a push notification, an email and an invoice for their records.
Fees, the deposit share and balance limits are settings in the dashboard. An operator who falls too far behind is invoiced and paused automatically until they settle, so nobody chases money by hand.
### A national network, run by one personThe dashboard turned an idea into a business one person can run: a national network of independent firms, vetted, moderated and paid, from a browser or a phone. For operators it means a network they can trust with their customers, and for customers it means every firm they meet on Fully Booked has been checked by someone accountable.
