A promotional video that walks a UK minibus operator through Fully Booked's benefits in the order they matter, made from the real app rather than stock footage. It opens on the operator's own problem, gives each benefit one beat on a real screen, and was cut to several lengths, from a few-second hook for social feeds to a full version for landing pages and the store listings.

A few seconds to earn an install
A busy operator gives an advertisement a few seconds. A still image carries one message; a video can carry the whole argument, from the problem to the payoff, if every second is spent on the operator's business rather than on the software.
The promotional video was edited from the same real app screens and brand as the advertising campaign, with animated headlines, transitions and a voice-over.
Open on the operator's problem
The first seconds speak to the operator's own situation: minibus and coach hire, enquiries that should become bookings, a schedule to keep under control. The app appears only when it answers that problem, on a phone in a hand, the way the operator will actually use it.
One beat per benefit
The body of the video moves through the benefits in the order an operator weighs them: staying organised with every booking in one place, getting covered by partners when unavailable, and paying only as they go. Each beat holds a real screen long enough to read.
Cut for every placement
The same story was cut to several lengths: a few seconds for a scroll-stopping hook, a mid-length cut for social feeds and a full version for landing pages and the stores. Each placement gets the version it can hold.
Made from the product, not stock footage
Every screen in the video is the real app and the real booking form, so an operator who installs finds exactly what they were shown. That honesty matters in a trade that runs on word of mouth, where one disappointed operator tells the rest.
The pitch, wherever operators are
For the founder, the video put the whole case for Fully Booked into something operators watch rather than read, on social feeds, landing pages and the store listings. For operators it answers the only question that matters before installing: will this bring me more work.

Fully Booked ran on managed cloud infrastructure with a bill that grew every month and a stack nobody fully owned. We moved the whole platform onto a self-hosted Kubernetes cluster without a minute of downtime for the people using it. The cutover covered DNS, ingress, databases and the release pipeline, staged so that traffic shifted only once each layer had been proven on the new cluster. Fully Booked - Visual Asset Design with Photoshop
Store screenshots, a feature graphic, an app icon and email art, made in Photoshop from real screens so a young platform looks established to operators. The screenshots tell the pitch in five swipes at every size Apple and Google require, every email opens with its own illustration in the brand colours, and the icon and splash screens carry the logo of two hands meeting.

Fully Booked - UI/UX Design for Mobile App and Admin Panel
Every Fully Booked screen began as a sketch the founder approved before any code was paid for, and each answers an operator's or a customer's problem. The operator home screen became a menu of income, Get Covered kept the order of its hand-drawn flow, quotes and cancellation letters came from the founder's own wording, and the admin grew from five wireframed tabs into the network's control room. The MVP's screens were designed by another designer at Webanion; I redesigned phases 2, 3 and 4 myself in Figma, working from these flows.
