सैकड़ों स्वतंत्र कंपनियों को अपने ग्राहकों के लिए भरोसेमंद और एक-दूसरे के प्रति निष्पक्ष बनाए रखने के लिए क्या चाहिए।
नेटवर्क उतना ही अच्छा है जितनी उसके भीतर की कंपनियाँ
Fully Booked ग्राहकों से कहता है कि वे ऐसे ऑपरेटरों पर भरोसा करें जिनसे वे कभी मिले नहीं, और ऑपरेटरों से कहता है कि वे अपने ग्राहक प्रतिद्वंद्वियों को सौंप दें। दोनों तभी चलते हैं जब संस्थापक नेटवर्क की हर कंपनी की ज़मानत ले सके और उसमें से गुज़रने वाला हर पाउंड देख सके।
एडमिन डैशबोर्ड वह जगह है जहाँ यह भरोसा संभाला जाता है। यह ऑपरेटर ऐप और कस्टमर साइट वाले उसी बैकएंड पर चलता है, इसलिए संस्थापक जो देखते हैं वह जीवंत नेटवर्क है, बाद में जोड़ी गई कोई रिपोर्ट नहीं।

नए ऑपरेटर का खाता एक रिव्यू स्क्रीन पर रुका रहता है जब तक संस्थापक उसे मंज़ूरी न दें। ऑफ़र टेम्पलेट, प्रोफ़ाइल तस्वीरें और गाड़ियों की तस्वीरें भी उसी मंज़ूरी की कतार से गुज़रती हैं, इसलिए ग्राहक किसी ऑफ़र में जो कुछ भी देखता है, वह सब जाँचा हुआ होता है।
हर मंज़ूर कंपनी Companies में एक पंक्ति बन जाती है, जिसमें उसकी कमाई, बेड़े का आकार और रेफ़रल होते हैं, और एक स्विच जो उसका इतिहास मिटाए बिना उसे रोक देता है। ग्राहकों को जाँची हुई कंपनियाँ मिलती हैं, और ईमानदार ऑपरेटर उन गिने-चुने लोगों से सुरक्षित रहते हैं जो नेटवर्क को बिगाड़ सकते थे।
हर कंपनी, हर अनुमति
हर ऑपरेटर की फ़ाइल में उसकी प्रोफ़ाइल, सेवा क्षेत्र, गाड़ियों की तस्वीरें, ऑफ़र टेम्पलेट, पार्टनर और लेन-देन दिखते हैं। उनके बगल में हर सुविधा का स्विच होता है: प्रस्ताव, कवर, सहेजी गई बुकिंग, पार्टनर, कोटेशन और रद्दीकरण। संस्थापक कोड को छुए बिना किसी भरोसेमंद कंपनी के लिए कोई फ़ीचर खोल सकते हैं या गलत बर्ताव करने वाली कंपनी के लिए उसे बंद कर सकते हैं।
हर काम का पता लगाया जा सकता है
बुकिंग ग्राहक, कंपनी और तारीख के साथ सूची में दिखती हैं, चाहे वे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म से आई हों या किसी ऑपरेटर ने बाहर से सहेजी हों। कवर में यात्रा, अनुरोध करने वाला ऑपरेटर और आवेदन करने वाली हर कंपनी दिखती है, और रेफ़रल खोलने पर ग्राहक और ऑपरेटर की पूरी बातचीत सामने आ जाती है।
जब कोई ग्राहक या ऑपरेटर किसी बात पर विवाद करता है, तो जवाब किसी की याददाश्त में नहीं, स्क्रीन पर होता है।
पैसा जो अपने आप निपट जाता है
हर ऑपरेटर का एक वॉलेट है। रेफ़रल की कमाई ट्रिप के दिन आती है, कवर और बुकिंग शुल्क उसी समय कट जाते हैं, और पेआउट का अनुरोध ऐप से किया जाता है। जब संस्थापक किसी पेआउट को भुगतान हुआ चिह्नित करते हैं, तो ऑपरेटर को एक पुश नोटिफ़िकेशन, एक ईमेल और अपने रिकॉर्ड के लिए एक इनवॉइस मिलता है।
शुल्क, जमा राशि का हिस्सा और बैलेंस की सीमाएँ डैशबोर्ड की सेटिंग्स हैं। जो ऑपरेटर बहुत पीछे रह जाता है, उसे अपने आप इनवॉइस भेजा जाता है और भुगतान होने तक रोक दिया जाता है, इसलिए किसी को हाथ से पैसे के पीछे नहीं भागना पड़ता।

Fully Booked मैनेज्ड क्लाउड इंफ़्रास्ट्रक्चर पर चलता था, जिसका बिल हर महीने बढ़ता था और पूरे स्टैक का स्वामित्व किसी के पास नहीं था। हमने पूरे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म को सेल्फ होस्टेड Kubernetes क्लस्टर पर स्थानांतरित किया, उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए एक मिनट का भी डाउनटाइम लाए बिना। कटओवर में DNS, इनग्रेस, डेटाबेस और रिलीज़ पाइपलाइन शामिल थे, इस तरह चरणबद्ध कि ट्रैफ़िक तभी हटाया गया जब हर परत नए क्लस्टर पर सिद्ध हो गई। उस सप्ताह ऐप इस्तेमाल करने वाले किसी को पता नहीं चला कि कुछ हुआ है, और यही उद्देश्य था। मासिक बिल अपना हार्डवेयर बन गया, और वही क्लस्टर अब प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की साप्ताहिक रिलीज़ संभालता है।

Prebooked npm पर प्रकाशित एक एम्बेड किया जा सकने वाला बुकिंग विजेट है, जो Fully Booked का पूछताछ फ़ॉर्म, मैसेंजर और कोट का फ़्लो किसी भी ऑपरेटर वेबसाइट पर ले आता है, WordPress और Elementor से लेकर React और सादे HTML तक। पूछताछ ऑपरेटर के ऐप में सीधे ग्राहकों के रूप में आती है, और एक छोटा शुल्क सिर्फ़ तब लगता है जब ट्रिप बुक हो।

Fully Booked - Dockerized Deployment के साथ DigitalOcean और Cloudflare
Fully Booked की कस्टमर साइट, ऑपरेटर साइट, एडमिन डैशबोर्ड, डॉक्यूमेंटेशन साइट और NestJS बैकएंड, एक DigitalOcean ड्रॉपलेट पर Docker कंटेनरों के रूप में, जिनमें MongoDB और अपलोड की गई फ़ाइलें परसिस्टेंट वॉल्यूम पर थीं। सर्टिफ़िकेट, रीडायरेक्ट और सिक्योरिटी हेडर Caddy संभालता था, DNS के आगे Cloudflare था, Apple डीप लिंक और Square वेबहुक के लिए सीधे रिकॉर्ड के साथ, और हर PDF बैकएंड इमेज के भीतर Playwright से बनता था।
