Land somewhere you do not speak the language and help is all around you, unreachable. Carriage makes it reachable: turn on your dots and see people nearby who share a language and are willing to help, approach one, and once they accept you can message, call or meet face to face. Built as sole developer across a React Native app and a NestJS GraphQL backend, delivered milestone by milestone from an empty navigation shell through social login, profiles, radius discovery, the approach flow and messaging. Eleven milestones were accepted across a year and a half on one continuous engagement, closing at version 1.8.0.

An app that turns the book 27 Pearls of College Wisdom into goals students finish each week, with a reward they choose for every ten. Each part of college life, from enrolment to professors, classes and leaving college, becomes a short list of concrete goals a student swipes off when done. Built in React Native and Expo on a NestJS, GraphQL and MongoDB backend, across four contracts with one founder between 2022 and 2025.

SportPal - Connect and Play with Local Sports Enthusiasts
SportPal shows players the pickup games happening near them tonight and helps organisers fill their games, shipped as a full product in six weeks. Players browse as a guest, verify a phone only when they want to join, and RSVP to public games or accept invitations to private ones; organisers set who can join and how many players they need. React Native and Expo on iPhone and Android, with a NestJS, GraphQL and MongoDB backend and Twilio verification.

Invoice Manager - Inventory and Billing App for Distributors
An offline-first tablet app that lets a distributor's sales reps take orders, check stock and print invoices at the retailer's counter, with or without signal. Stock is checked as the order is built, every invoice takes the next number in sequence and keeps it through sync, the PDF prints over Bluetooth before the rep leaves, and a filter shows which shops still owe money. It moved real stock and printed real invoices in the field.

CoverFanz - Fan Engagement and Artist Booking Platform
CoverFanz puts performers, venues and fans on one app: venues book performers on written terms, and fans find the next show on a map. A booking carries the event, the times and the fee, the performer attaches their own terms before it goes live, a confirmed event can carry a promotion, and reviews build each performer's record. The backend, the iPhone and Android app and the admin dashboard shipped inside one month in 2022, and both stores approved it on the first attempt.

CoverFanz - Admin Dashboard for a Performer Marketplace
The admin dashboard that let CoverFanz's founder run a performer marketplace from launch day without asking a developer. Every fan, performer and venue sits in one list with its subscription state, new venues wait in an approval queue until their address is checked, reports land with the reason attached, and the kinds of act are a list the founder controls. It was built in the same month as the apps, on the same GraphQL API.

27 Pearls - Mobile Release and Store Submission
A finished 27 Pearls app became approved listings on the App Store and Google Play inside a one-week engagement, without a round of rejections. The week covered release builds and signing, listing copy written around the student's benefit, screenshots for every required device size, privacy declarations that matched what the app collects, and a reviewer account that worked. The app remains on Google Play today.

Webanion
BangladeshWebanion is the software practice I founded in Dhaka in February 2021 and run full time as its software architect. It designs and builds AI-native platforms, multi-tenant SaaS and the infrastructure under them for founders and businesses in the UK, the US and Bangladesh: the data model and the backend, the web, mobile and desktop apps on top, and the Kubernetes cluster the production work runs on, which I operate myself. Its own products are part of the proof: this portfolio platform with its MCP server, and gm-libs, the library family every Webanion backend starts from.
United KingdomFully Booked is a booking platform for UK minibus and coach hire and the job-sharing network of operators behind it. I have built it since the first commit in April 2023: the React Native app on both stores, the customer booking website, the operator and admin dashboards, the Prebooked widget and the NestJS backend they share. From January 2025 I led its engineering as the product moved to a monorepo with gated releases, and since June 2026 I have been its CTO, after moving the whole platform to a self-hosted Kubernetes cluster with no recorded downtime.
BangladeshAl-Insaf is a registered cooperative society in Monirampur, Jessore, providing fair microfinance and savings services to small traders. Founded in 2022, it runs member savings, loans and investor capital across branches, and moved that work from paper and spreadsheets onto a single auditable platform.
United StatesAt Edulog I worked as a software engineer on Athena, a cloud-native K-12 student transportation platform that helps school districts plan bus routes and trips and manage their fleets, from February to June 2026. I built new modules such as Field Trip Management, improved the admin dashboards, debugged complex issues, and worked on the integration between routing, mapping and the parent and driver portals, across backend services, cloud infrastructure and frontend interfaces.
United StatesAt Rocksteady Technology I worked on platform engineering for multi-tenant B2B SaaS, from December 2025 to June 2026. I joined as a software engineer on a desktop brief in TypeScript and Electron, and from February 2026 worked as senior software engineer on the platform: a shared-database architecture serving more than a thousand tenants with per-tenant credential isolation, fine-grained authorisation in OpenFGA, durable workflows on Temporal, Stripe subscription and metered billing, and Kubernetes administration on GKE across staging and production. The shared-database and release patterns were adopted across the engineering organisation.
United StatesAt WorkflowFiesta, I worked as engineering lead on an AI workflow automation platform, owning the product line end to end and directing a distributed engineering team. My work covered agent-driven workflow design, large language model integration across multiple providers, and durable orchestration for long-running jobs that resume rather than lose state on failure. I worked across a multi-tenant architecture with per-tenant isolation, contributing to feature delivery, performance work and the release process. I partnered closely with product and QA to turn complex automation requirements into reliable, maintainable systems.
